In Rock'sCool, you will be paired up with other musicians, rehearsing one hour a week for 12 weeks. You will then perform LIVE on stage, at a local establishment, usually Art's Tap House. Bring your family and friends to cheer you on as you rock out on stage and show off your talents! It is a great time had by all! Rock'sCool at Music Matters Starts in september!
Rock'sCool Program Open to Kids/Teens, and Adults.
Kids, teens and adults interested in Rock'sCool must first give their weekly availability, are then paired with other student musicians, and then formed into a band. The band meets one hour each week over a 12-week period. Each band will be led by an instructor.
The price for the session is $400 for non-students and $375 for current students. Price includes the concert, professional recording of the concert uploaded to social media, practice sessions with teachers, and a Rock'sCool t-shirt! How "Cool" is that? We are currently accepting signup forms for those interested in joining a Rock'sCool band. There is no obligation to join when you fill out the form. The form is to show us you are interested, and to pair you up with other like-minded aspiring musicians in your time slot/day, if you so choose to go forward. You don't want to miss out on this. It is a great opportunity to meet new people with similar interests, have fun, and bring yourself to the next level as a musician!
Rock'sCool for Kids/Teens
Whether a current student at Music Matters or a non-student, or simply an inspired musician wanting to play as a band member, Rock'sCool is for you! You will meet with other musicians in your group once weekly for a one-hour instructor-led session over 12 weeks.

Are you an adult musician that would like the opportunity to put yourself out there and play in a band with other musicians?
